Jose Antonio Agirre Lekube -garaiko izen sisteman, Agirre ta Lekube'tar Joseba Andoni- (Bilbo, Bizkaia, 1904ko martxoaren 6a - Paris, Frantzia, 1960ko martxoaren 22a) politikari abertzale eta jeltzalea izan zen. 1936ko urriaren 7tik 1960 arte, Eusko Jaurlaritzako lehen lehendakaria. Espainiako Gerra Zibilaren garaian, Eusko Gudarostearen buruzagitza hartu zuen bere gain, eta autonomia estatutuak ardura eman zion eremuan (Araba, Bizkaia eta Gipuzkoa) defentsa antolatzen saiatu zen, konbergentziako gobernu bat osatuz. Gerra amaieran, porrota eta erbesteratuen ihesa kudeatu behar izan zituen.
